Is there a contract?

There are no long-term contracts. You are only committed to the term for which you have paid. You can buy a single month or get discounted prices for longer periods.

How long is the survey?

The full standard survey takes the average customer less than 3 minutes to complete.

How do my customers get to the survey?

There are a variety of options. The simplest option is to print the survey address on customers' receipts.

Can I customize my survey?

Can I have different questions for different customers?

 Of course! You may want to ask customers who've had a different experience different questions.
